Vintage 1935 "CANCAN" Scout issue illustrated by Herge with notes EO Tintin

This is the original 1935 1st Belgian Edition of this rare CANCAN magazine issue with rare drawings and artwork by Herge. Rare Tintin items like this are gaining in value right now due to scarcity and age.

Many collectors of old comics are currently building up a "Hergé Illustrator" collection, since since 1925 Hergé has exercised his talents as an illustrator in several publications: "Le Journal du XXème Siècle", l'Effort", "Le Blé qui lève" , and "The Boy Scout", a must in any Hergé collection.

Very little known to collectors, this folder illustrated by Hergé is very rare when complete with stenciled documents from the time (1935).

Texts to read. The other known copies are often personal folders with handwritten texts.
