Vintage 1930 LE BOY SCOUT BELGE issue illustrated by Herge Vintage Comic EO Tintin

This is the original 1930 1st Belgian Edition of this rare Boy Scout magazine issue with rare drawings and artwork by Herge. Rare Tintin items like this are gaining in value right now due to scarcity and age.

Many collectors of old comics are currently building up a "Hergé Illustrator" collection, since from 1925, Hergé exercised his talents as an illustrator in several publications: "Le Journal du XXème Siècle", "L'Effort", "Le Blé qui Get up", and especially "The Boy Scout".

This "Belgian Boy Scout" of October 10, 1930 is very interesting:

- It includes several illustrations, sometimes signed "Hergé", including the famous "On Patrol" with the drawing signed Hergé.

There is also the first appearance of the train design, signed Hergé", and the famous "Harkers sports".

CONDITION: Very Good condition considering age. Some small stain marks to cover/binding edge that continues through pages at centre (This, amazingly, is from the rust residue from the staples used in originally binding the issue!). Pages are very nice throughout with minimal yellowing, No inscriptions or scribbles throughout. Please see pictures.

Sent promptly by recorded delivery, and well packaged.
