This is the original 1948 1st Belgian Edition of this issue with a Herge drawn special cover from Jo, Zette & Jocko. It contains strips and features by Herge, including strips from Popol Out West, Quick & Flupke, Blake and Mortimer, Jo Zette & Jocko and more. Rare Tintin items like this are gaining in value right now due to scarcity and age. 

CONDITION: Good condition considering age. Cover is good with minimal wear and two creases. Pages are very nice throughout with only minimal yellowing. No inscriptions or scribbles throughout. Please see pictures.
