This is the original 1948 1st Belgian Edition of this issue with a Herge drawn special cover. It contains strips and features by Herge, including a double page from Prisoners of the Sun and Jo Zette & Jocko. Rare Tintin items like this are gaining in value right now due to scarcity and age. 

CONDITION: Excellent condition considering age. Some minor wear to cover. Pages are excellent. There is a tiny ink spot on bottom of Prisoners of sun p2, no other inscriptions or scribbles throughout. Please see pictures.
