Beautiful 1980 calendar distributed by the Federation of Catholic Scouts (FSC) of Belgium, featuring 12 illustrations by Hergé dating from 1946, 1947 and 1948; printed by Casterman.

Many collectors of old comics are currently building up a "Hergé Illustrator" collection, since since 1925 Hergé has exercised his talents as an illustrator in several publications: "Le Journal du XXème Siècle", l'Effort", "Le Blé qui lève" , and "The Boy Scout", a must in any Hergé collection.

Very little known to collectors, this calendar illustrated by Hergé is very rare when with completed, stenciled documents from the time (1935).

CONDITION: Excellent condition considering age. Cover is superb minor wear only, rear cover has some yellowing top left. Pages are superb and white and all present. No inscriptions or scribbles throughout. Please see pictures.
